    Smoother recording start.
    • Recording now starts in one place: pick what to share (and allow camera/mic) first, then a 3-2-1 countdown runs on the page, then recording begins. Nothing is asked after the countdown.
    • The recorder window minimizes itself once recording starts, so it no longer sits on top of your screen. (It stays open when the camera is on, because the camera overlay is drawn there.)
    • The toolbar popup closes when you press Start instead of showing a second countdown.
    • Cancelling during the picker or the countdown now cleans up completely and saves nothing.
    • Tip: to get DevTools in the video, choose "Entire screen" or the browser window when sharing.
