The add-on handles sensitive browsing data (page content, network bodies, video), and Mozilla expects a policy for that even though nothing is sent to you. AMO usually asks you to paste the policy text, not just a URL, and shows it on your listing. Paste this, which matches the site's updated policy:

ReplayRaccoon is local-first. We run no servers and collect no data: no account, no analytics, no telemetry, no ads, no crash reporting, and the extension loads no remote scripts or fonts.

What it records (only while you are recording): page DOM changes, network requests and responses, console logs and JavaScript errors, interactions, web vitals, and — if you choose — screen/window video, webcam and microphone. Firefox asks you for screen, camera and microphone access each time.

Where it is stored: in your browser's local storage (IndexedDB) on your device. Video is saved locally every second so a crash doesn't lose it. Deleting a session removes it from your device; uninstalling the add-on removes all local data.

Data only leaves your device if you do it yourself: by exporting a .raccoon file, or by turning on optional cloud sync to your own storage bucket (Amazon S3, Cloudflare R2, MinIO, Backblaze B2, Google Cloud Storage or Azure Blob). Sync sends data directly from the add-on to your bucket — never to us. Credentials are encrypted at rest. Share links you create are expiring URLs; anyone who has one can download that session until it expires.

Permissions: website access to record the pages you choose (the recorder only runs while recording); tabs/activeTab to know which tab(s) are recorded; scripting to start the recorder in already-open tabs; storage for settings and sessions; alarms for the optional maximum length and low-disk auto-stop.
