Media Hub by GenPepe

Media Hub turns every tab that plays audio or video into one card in a single panel. Instead of hunting for the tab that suddenly started playing, you open Media Hub and control everything from one place.

WHAT IT DOES
- See every tab that is playing sound at a glance: artwork, title, artist, progress
- Play or pause any tab — or pause everything at once
- Seek, skip ±10 seconds, adjust volume, mute
- Previous and next track wherever the site supports it, including mobile YouTube
- Repeat the current track
- Jump to the tab that's playing — and jump straight back to where you were

ONLY WHAT YOU CAN HEAR
A tab shows up only when it is actually playing sound or has done so. Muted autoplay in X and YouTube feeds, GIF videos, hover previews, background loops and short interface sounds are ignored. Unmute a video in your feed and it appears in the panel right away.

FRAGMENTS
Mark a section on a dedicated bar under the progress bar — drag the markers or type timecodes — and loop it. Save fragments with names: every video keeps its own list, with search and a "play from the start" button. Saved fragments stay in your browser, encrypted; you can export them to a JSON file from the settings.

YOUTUBE CHAPTERS
When a video has chapters, Media Hub reads them and shows a table of contents. Jump to any chapter, step to the next or previous one, or loop a single chapter on repeat — handy for lectures, tutorials and language practice. Works on YouTube Music too.

LIVE STREAMS
Twitch, Kick and YouTube Live are recognised as live rather than as ordinary videos. Where the player keeps a DVR window, Media Hub shows how far behind the live edge you are and lets you seek inside that window.

ON THE DESKTOP
Grab a card by its side handle, which appears on hover. Drag up or down to reorder your list — the order is remembered. Drag sideways to pull that tab out into a window of its own. The rest of the card is left entirely to playback controls.

ON ANDROID
Media Hub opens as a full page instead of a small popup, so you can bookmark it and keep a permanent remote control for everything Firefox is playing.

- No accounts and no analytics. The only network request is to YouTube, to read the chapters of a video you are already playing in YouTube Music.
