Lamha — Privacy Policy

What is sent:
- Text you select and choose to look up or translate is sent to Google Translate (translate.googleapis.com) to get the translation, definitions and pronunciation.
- For word lookups, the word is sent to Wikipedia (wikipedia.org) to show a short summary.
- When you choose "Translate this page", the visible text of that page is sent to Google Translate.

Nothing is sent unless you select text and open Lamha, or start a page translation yourself.

What is NOT collected:
- No analytics, tracking, advertising, or telemetry.
- No personal information, browsing history, cookies, or account data.
- Lamha has no server of its own; the developer never receives your data.

Stored on your device:
- Your settings (synced through your Firefox account if Firefox Sync is on).
- A list of recently looked-up words (stored locally only). You can turn this off or clear it in Settings.

Third parties:
Text sent to Google and Wikipedia is handled under their own privacy policies:
