About this extension

JannyAI ClamAV Companion adds optional local antivirus scanning to the JannyAI Character Card Exporter userscript.
When scanning is enabled in the userscript, the companion transfers exported character-card PNG and JSON data to a locally installed Native Messaging host, which uses ClamAV to scan the files before download.
Scanning is disabled by default. The companion requires the separate JannyAI Character Card Exporter userscript, its Native Messaging host, and ClamAV to be installed and configured.
This beta currently targets Linux. It is not a standalone character-card exporter and does not provide antivirus protection for general browser downloads.
