Fiscaly — Romanian company & VAT check by Hegetiby

Fiscaly checks Romanian companies right in your browser. The extension recognises Romanian tax IDs (CUI/CIF) on any page — invoices, e-mails, portals, partner websites — and shows the official status from ANAF's public registry in a card, without a new tab or copy-paste.

WHAT YOU SEE FOR EACH COMPANY
• Name and registered address
• VAT registered or not
• Fiscally inactive or deregistered
• Cash-basis VAT and split VAT
• RO e-Invoice (e-Factura) registration
• With Fiscaly Pro: CAEN activity code, IBAN, trade register number

HOW IT WORKS
• Hover an underlined CUI and click "Check"
• Select any CUI → right-click → "Check CUI with Fiscaly", or press Alt+Shift+V
• Toolbar icon (Alt+Shift+F): manual search and recent checks
• "Copy clean CUI" from the context menu (strips RO, spaces and dots)

CATCHES TYPOS
Every CUI is validated locally with its check digit before any lookup. A number labelled "CUI/CIF" that fails the check gets a red underline — handy when copying data from invoices.

PRIVACY
Pages are read locally, in your browser. The extension sends fiscaly.ro only the CUI you choose to check and an anonymous device ID (for the daily limit). We do not collect browsing history and we do not sell data. Auto-detection can be turned off or paused on any site.
