Looks like it has potential, but it was just updated a few days ago and some Ads still make it through to my feed. Some ads appear briefly before the plugin removes them, other ads aren't removed until you hit the "This is an Ad" button.

Make sure you have the permissions in the extension allowing the extension to "Access your data for the site" and you have the "hide" boxes checked.
