Works well. I would add the option to create an epub without page breaks or just remove page breaks because they're placed arbitrarily anyway, so the only reason to have them is page number consistency when using multiple different devices to read the same epub. Given that epub doesn't define a layout, you'd be better off letting the reader program take responsibility over pagination.
