Zapply collects and processes information needed to provide job-application autofill and related account features. This may include account details, professional profile information, résumé/CV and cover-letter content, job preferences, optional demographic and work-authorization information, application-question text, job-application activity, and webpage content accessed when you actively use autofill on a job-application site.

We use this information to fill application forms at your direction, provide job tracking and account features, generate optional AI-assisted responses, improve product quality, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. You review information before submitting an application; Zapply does not submit applications automatically.

We may use service providers such as Supabase, Google Gemini, OpenAI, PostHog, Cloudflare, Stripe, and Resend to operate these features. We do not sell or rent personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

You may access, correct, export, or delete your information through account settings or by contacting support@zapply.jobs. Optional sensitive profile information may be removed at any time.
