Yamaha AVR Remote by Ay_QWERTY

A lightweight toolbar extension that turns Firefox into a remote control for your Yamaha AV receiver. It communicates directly with the receiver's built-in HTTP API (Yamaha Extended Control) — no accounts, no cloud, no extra software.

What you can do
- Power on / standby
- Volume slider with dB display and mute
- Switch input sources (list pulled from the receiver)
- Select sound programs and Straight mode (list pulled from the receiver)
- Adjust bass, treble and subwoofer levels
- Toggle Extra Bass and Enhancer
- Live status — the popup automatically refreshes the receiver's current state

How it works
Enter your receiver's IP address once; it's saved in your browser. Inputs, sound programs, and volume/tone ranges are all read from the receiver itself, so the extension adapts to any supported Yamaha model automatically.

No data collection. All traffic stays on your local network.
