    Column resizing: on the PCD Editor and Attestation Workflow pages, columns resizing has been restored with visual "gripper".

    Character counts: additional fixes applied to make the count sit flush with the field and "blend in" better. Fields now expand/contract with the entered text. (min width: 20 characters; max width: 50 characters)
