Privacy Policy — WA Auto Reply

This add-on runs entirely inside your browser. There is no server, and no data is sent to the developer or to anyone else.

What it reads (only on web.whatsapp.com): the text of incoming messages, the names and IDs of chats and senders, whether you sent a message yourself, and your chat list (so you can pick chats for the Exclude list, VIP list and specific chats). This is used only to decide whether and how to send your own configured reply.

What it stores, on your device only (browser extension storage): your replies, menu bots and settings; a history of the last 200 replies (chat name, sender name, received text, reply sent, time); cooldown and pause timers; running menu sessions; recently handled message IDs; your Exclude and VIP lists.

What it does not do: no transmission of data, no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, no selling or sharing of data. The bundled WhatsApp helper library's usage statistics are switched off.

Your control: "Clear History" deletes the history; removing an item or pressing Resume deletes that data; uninstalling the add-on deletes everything it stored.
