Teer Calculator does not collect or transmit anything you type in the calculator; your inputs stay on your own device. The Website tab embeds teerresultstooday.com, which needs a network connection to load - opening that tab sends ordinary web requests to teerresultstooday.com. The extension's manifest declares data_collection_permissions with required ['none'] because no data is collected.
