Tanoth Companion operates only on supported Tanoth game pages. To provide its features, it may read game information such as character identifiers and names, statistics, resources, equipment, activity states, timers, map information, dungeon information, PvP information and other Tanoth game content required by the feature being used.

Tanoth Companion does not collect general browsing history outside the Tanoth pages covered by its permissions.


Tanoth Companion communicates with Voidsmith Industries services over HTTPS.

Depending on the feature used, transmitted information may include:

• an Account Key entered by the user during initial connection;
• a generated installation identifier;
• an installation authentication credential;
• temporary pairing identifiers and credentials;
• account, trial and subscription entitlement requests;
• selected Tanoth gameplay information needed by supported server-assisted features.

The Account Key used for direct account linking is sent to Voidsmith Industries for verification and is not retained by the extension after successful connection. The extension stores the installation credential returned by the service instead.

For advanced PvP functionality, Tanoth Companion may transmit selected gameplay information including player and opponent levels, aggregate statistics, fame, previous win/loss/fight counts, reward aggregates, configured PvP criteria and locally calculated decisions.


Tanoth Companion may store configuration, interface preferences, installation credentials, activity history and cached game information in browser extension storage or browser-local storage.

Temporary pairing credentials are removed when pairing succeeds, expires or is cancelled.

Removing the extension or clearing browser storage removes extension-local information, but does not automatically delete the associated Voidsmith Industries account or server-side entitlement records.


Payment-card and banking information is not collected or stored by the browser extension.

Purchases and subscription management are handled separately through the Tanoth Companion account portal and its payment provider. The extension receives only the account and entitlement information required to determine which features are authorised.


Tanoth Companion may retrieve static Tanoth map artwork from media.moddb.com.

This request is made without Voidsmith or Tanoth account cookies and without an HTTP referrer. The remote server may receive ordinary connection information such as the requesting IP address.


Tanoth Companion 3.5.1 does not contain advertising, advertising trackers, analytics endpoints or telemetry services.


Information is processed only as necessary to:

• authenticate and connect a Tanoth Companion installation;
• apply account, trial and subscription entitlements;
• provide features selected by the user;
• provide supported server-assisted calculations;
• protect the service against unauthorised access and abuse;
• operate and support Tanoth Companion.

Communications with Voidsmith Industries services use HTTPS.

Premium feature authority is maintained by Voidsmith Industries services rather than relying on locally editable browser settings.


Local extension information remains in the browser until it is cleared, replaced or the extension is removed.

Voidsmith Industries retains account, entitlement and service information as necessary to operate and secure the Tanoth Companion service and meet applicable legal and commercial obligations.

Users can manage connected installations through the Tanoth Companion account portal. Privacy and deletion enquiries can be sent to support@voidsmithindustries.com.


This policy may be updated when Tanoth Companion functionality or data practices change. Material changes affecting data transmission will also be reflected in the extension's Firefox data declarations.
