Fixed: YouTube videos sometimes playing at full volume when first opened, even with YouTube's own volume slider set lower, until the slider was touched. The tab volume now works on top of the site's own volume, so the site's slider always keeps working as expected.

Fixed: boosting above 100% could permanently silence some audio or video hosted on other sites, or protected (DRM) media. That media is now capped at 100% instead of going silent.

Improved: better compatibility with sites that do their own audio processing (e.g. SoundCloud), and with audio that isn't visible on the page.

Fixed: tab volume sometimes jumping back up after skipping ahead in a video (e.g. on YouTube). Per-tab volume now stays put no matter where you jump to in the video.
