Tab Audio Share does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data.


The extension helps you share a browser tab with its audio during a screen-share
on any website. It does this entirely locally, inside your own browser:

• It intercepts a website's getDisplayMedia() call and shows you a menu of tabs
  that are currently playing media.
• When you pick a tab, it captures that tab's <video>/<audio> via captureStream()
  and passes the resulting MediaStream to the requesting website through a
  local WebRTC connection between two tabs of your own browser.

• No data leaves your device because of this extension. The media stream travels
  only between two tabs in your local Firefox and is delivered to the website you
  chose to share with (exactly as a normal screen-share would).
• No analytics, no telemetry, no tracking, no remote servers.
• No cookies, no accounts, no external network requests are made by the extension.
• The broad host permission (<all_urls>) is required only so the extension can offer
  the tab-picker on any site where you initiate a screen-share, and to read media
  elements of the tab you explicitly select. It is not used to read, collect, or
  transmit page content anywhere.
