About this extension
Survey History Tracking is for Workday Salesforce users. On an Appointment (REQ) page, it shows the 10 most recent Ask-an-Expert survey results for that Account. On an Account page, it shows the 20 most recent.
How to use
1. Sign in to Workday Lightning Salesforce (
2. Open an Appointment (REQ) page, or open an Account page.
3. Click the Survey History Tracking toolbar icon.
4. On an Appointment page, the panel lists the 10 newest surveys. On an Account page, it shows the average Request CSAT and the 20 newest surveys. Click × to close.
What you get
- Newest 10 surveys on an Appointment, or newest 20 on an Account
- Request CSAT coloring (very satisfied / satisfied / other)
- On an Appointment: highlights the Primary NSC Contact when they appear in the list, and shows that contact's Request CSAT trend
- On an Account: average Request CSAT, a Request CSAT trend by contact, and a table you can show or hide
- Results cached for 12 hours per Account; use Refresh now to reload
Requirements
- Firefox 140 or later
- You must already be logged into Workday Salesforce in the same browser profile
- The add-on only runs on Workday Lightning / Salesforce pages
It reuses your existing Salesforce session. Survey data stays in the browser and is not sent to a third-party server.
