Smart Educational Minutes - Portal Bridge is designed solely to transfer meeting data from the Smart Educational Minutes web application to the Educational Portal meeting form when the user explicitly chooses to do so.
The extension may temporarily receive meeting information such as the meeting title, date, time, place, attendance numbers, subject, chair name and job title, agenda, meeting minutes, decisions, and recommendations. This information is used only to populate the meeting form that the user has already opened in the Educational Portal.
The extension does not collect, store, sell, or share this meeting data with the extension developer or any third party. The transferred data is not persisted by the extension.
The extension does not access or collect passwords, portal credentials, cookies, browsing history, or unrelated webpage content. It does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies.
The extension does not log in on behalf of the user, does not bypass authentication or CAPTCHA, and does not automatically submit or save the Educational Portal form. The user must review the transferred information and manually click Save.
Data transfer occurs only after an explicit action by the user.
