SlipClip for Notion — Privacy Policy (v1.0.0)

WHAT THE DEVELOPER COLLECTS
Nothing. There is no SlipClip server, database or endpoint. No clip, page
address, search term or identifier ever reaches the developer. No usage or
crash reporting of any kind is included.

STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
In Firefox's local extension storage, never leaving your browser, removed
when you uninstall: your Notion OAuth access token, refresh token and
expiry; the OAuth client identifier your copy registered with Notion; the
last destination you clipped to; the error message from the most recent
failed sign-in. Pressing Disconnect deletes the tokens.

SENT TO NOTION
Notion Labs, Inc. (mcp.notion.com) is the only third party the extension
communicates with, authorised by the token you granted. It receives:
- When you press Clip: the page's address and title, its metadata, your
highlighted text if any, and for articles the extracted article text.
This is the clip; it becomes a page in your workspace.
- When you type in the search box: the search term, to find destinations.
- When you select a destination: a request for that page, so its inline
databases can be listed.
Nothing is sent except in response to one of those three actions. Notion's
handling of that data is governed by Notion's Privacy Policy.

PERMISSIONS
activeTab, scripting — read the page you are clipping, at the moment you
click Clip, in the tab you are looking at.
storage — keep the items listed above.
identity — run Notion's sign-in flow.
webRequest, webRequestBlocking — one listener, scoped to mcp.notion.com,
which removes the browser Origin header. Nothing else.

CHILDREN
Not directed at children; collects nothing from anyone, of any age.
