Privacy is the whole point of Senton VPN, so this policy is deliberately short and plain. It explains what little we collect, why we collect it, and what we will never touch. By using our services or visiting our site, you agree to this policy.
2. Information We Collect

We collect the minimum needed to run your account and keep the service working.

Personal information

An email address, if you choose to give one at registration or when contacting us. Accounts can also be created with an anonymous 16-digit Senton ID and no email at all.

Encrypted login credentials you create.

Messages you send us through support requests or the contact form.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers — we never see or store your full card details.


Non-personal information

Your IP address, held temporarily only to protect the service against attacks and abuse, then discarded.

Browser type, language settings and operating system.

Basic site metrics, such as which pages are visited — never tied to who you are.


1. How We Use Your Information

We use this information only to run the service:

Creating and maintaining your account

Keeping your VPN connection secure

Processing payments through our payment providers

Answering your support requests

Telling you about important service changes

Preventing fraud and abuse, and improving how the site works


Your personal information is never sold, traded or rented to anyone.
4. VPN Activity: No Logs

We do not log your browsing history.

We do not inspect or monitor your traffic while you use the VPN.

We do not track which apps, services or sites you use.

When you disconnect, there is nothing left to look at — that is the point of the product.


1. Cookies

When you first visit, a banner asks what you allow. There are two groups:

Essential — session cookies that keep you signed in, and preference cookies that remember settings like your theme. These never track you and work without consent.

Analytics & marketing — tools such as Google Analytics or ad pixels that help us understand visits and measure campaigns. These load ONLY if you choose “Accept all” on the banner. Pick “Only essential” and none of them load.

6. Data Sharing

We keep a strict no-logs policy. Because we do not monitor, record or store your activity, there are no browsing records or traffic logs in existence to share with anyone — not with advertisers, and not on request.

No system on earth is 100% secure, so we also recommend using a strong, unique password for your account.

View, change or delete your account information.

Opt out of marketing messages.

Ask us to delete your account and everything connected to it.


1. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes — for example when we launch new services — we will post the updated version here with a new date at the bottom, and flag meaningful changes to you before they take effect. Continuing to use the services after that means you accept the updated policy.
