New:
- Added an "Delete positions that reached the end of the video" option (Options view, off by default). When enabled, saved positions within 15 seconds of the video's duration are automatically removed during the periodic cleanup and when the popup is opened, in addition to the existing age-based auto-clean.
- Added Export / Import buttons for the saved positions list.
- Export downloads the current list as a JSON file.
- Import opens a dedicated browser tab where you pick a previously exported JSON file; matching entries are merged into your saved positions (imported entries win on key conflicts).

Fixed:
- Import now works reliably. It previously used a hidden file input inside the toolbar popup; opening the native file picker made Firefox close the popup before the selection could be processed, so nothing was ever imported. Import is now handled on its own extension page (opened in a new tab), which is not affected by this focus/close behavior.

No changes to permissions, storage schema, or existing resume/save behavior.
