Fixed:
- Corrected browser detection that could misidentify a recent Chrome/Chromium build, which in some cases affected opening the side panel from the toolbar icon.
- Fixed the toolbar overflow ("More") menu button not disappearing correctly at narrow panel widths, which could cause a stray horizontal scrollbar.
- Fixed the Compose panel's URL field being nearly unusable at narrow widths.
- Fixed panel titles overlapping the "How this panel works" link on longer titles.
