pour is a complete accessibility checker for the pages you build and the pages you browse. One click runs a full WCAG 2.2 audit against the live page, with every finding tied to the exact element, a plain-language explanation, and a concrete fix.

WHAT IT CHECKS
99 original checks, written from the WCAG text itself, assist with the full range of success criteria: text alternatives, labels and names, colour contrast (including gradients, overlays and text over images), keyboard traps and focus visibility, target sizes, landmarks and structure, language, ARIA validity, moving content, and more. Cross-origin frames and open shadow DOM are audited too.

HONEST ABOUT WHAT IT KNOWS
pour reports a failure only when it can prove one. Anything that needs a person's judgement goes to a separate review list instead of being counted as a failure, so the number you see is one you can stand behind in a ticket or a report.

SEE WHAT YOUR USERS SEE
58 simulations and lenses let you experience the page as others do: colour-blindness in all its forms, tunnel vision, macular degeneration, cataracts, blur, low contrast and low light; sensory overload, visual stress and dyslexia-style reading effects; hand and resting tremor, pointer drift and keyboard-only browsing. Most show the share of people they stand for. All straight from the toolbar.

HEAR IT TOO
Play the page's own audio and video through hearing loss, tinnitus or a cochlear implant. Turning the volume up does not help; captions do. An age slider runs from twenty to ninety: the lens yellows, contrast and near focus fall, and from sixty-five the pointer shows a tremor.

FAST, AND MEASURED
Benchmarked on 138 live pages: a full audit of the typical page lands in tens of milliseconds, around three times faster than the engine most of the industry runs on. The heaviest page tested, at 194,000 DOM nodes, audits in seven seconds. Fast enough to re-run on every change without thinking about it.
