Version 1.2.0 improves the status indicator and cross-browser reliability.

Changes include:
- The toolbar now uses a simple colored status circle: green for operational, amber for partial operation, red for a reported outage, and gray for unknown or unreachable status.
- Improved Firefox background startup and wake-up handling.
- Improved popup reliability when background communication is temporarily unavailable.
- Toolbar rendering failures can no longer interrupt status checks, messaging, or local history.
- Simplified the button for opening the full status page.
- Additional robustness and regression fixes for the shared Firefox/Chromium codebase.

Permissions, polling behavior, local history, privacy behavior, and the 20 supported interface languages remain unchanged.
