One extension for nine Russian shopping sites: the marketplaces Ozon, Wildberries, Yandex Market, Lamoda and M.Video, and the online stores VseInstrumenti, Citilink, Regard and Sima-land.

The free plan never expires. You just need an account: signing up with email takes less than a minute, no card required. There are no ads, and the extension runs only on supported sites and never reads your cart, orders or payment details. Please note: the extension's interface is in Russian only.

Price history on the product page

• A price chart covering 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, depending on your plan. You can see the low, the high and the trend at a glance: if the price is near the bottom of its range, it's a good time to buy; if it's near the top, you're better off waiting.
• Price tracking with a target price. When the price falls to your target, you get a price-drop alert by email, via Telegram or as a push notification.
• Stock levels on the chart, where the site makes this data available, so you can see how quickly the product is selling. If you don't need them, turn them off in the settings.
• Your own discount. Do you always get money off, for example by paying with a marketplace wallet or through cashback on your bank card? Enter the percentage and all prices are recalculated to include it. Available on every plan, including the free one.

Mini charts in catalog and search

A small price curve appears under each product in catalog and search listings. As you scroll, you can tell before clicking which items are cheaper than usual right now and which have gone up. Works on almost all supported sites. Mini charts are free for the first 7 days after you start using the extension, with a days-left counter shown right on them. After that, they are included in the Basic plan and above.

Click the Palert icon in the Firefox toolbar to sign in, set your discount and turn mini charts and stock levels on or off. Your full list of tracked items is in the web app at app.palert.ru.

Why past prices are available right away

Price history doesn't come ready-made: a product page shows only today's price. Palert records and stores prices for millions of products around the clock. The data is tied to the product itself, not to the day you added it, so for popular products you can see past months straight away. For new and niche products, the history starts building from the first lookup.

How people use it

• Buying electronics. The price of a phone, TV or graphics card can swing by thousands of rubles over a few months. You see how low it has gone, set a target price and wait for the email.
• Choosing clothes and shoes. Scroll the catalog and open only what's cheaper than usual right now.
• Waiting for a sale. Start tracking items in advance and stop checking prices by hand. On the day of the sale, you can see at once whether the price really dropped below its usual level or was pushed up before the "discount".
• Buying tools, PC parts or home goods. It works the same way in online stores as on marketplaces.
• Selling on marketplaces. Monitor competitor prices right on any product page. In the web app, the Pro plan adds search by product name and price-range monitoring against a recommended retail price (RRP), and Premium adds Excel and CSV reports.

Questions before you install

Why do I need an account?
Recorded prices are stored on our servers and reach the product page through your account. Alerts are tied to it too: without an account, there's nowhere to send them. Your tracked items are available wherever you sign in: in the browser and in the web app at app.palert.ru.

How much does it cost?
The free plan has no time limit: prices for the last month, one tracked item with an alert, your own discount and 7 days of catalog mini charts. The paid plans (Basic, Pro and Premium) give you 25 to 250 tracked items, up to 12 months of history, price checks every 2–6 hours instead of 12, mini charts with no time limit, and back-in-stock alerts. You pay for a month or a year at a time, with no auto-renewal.

Why are some features paid?
Recording prices for millions of products around the clock and storing them for months is expensive: it takes servers running non-stop. We show no ads and don't sell user data. Paid plans are our only source of income.

Is it safe?
The extension runs only on the supported sites and our own website; the list is shown in the permissions request when you install it. It doesn't read your cart, orders, addresses or payment details. Our server receives the product IDs of items you open or see in listings, plus the site name. For tracking, it also receives the product name and sometimes the page URL. It also gets your settings, such as your target price and discount percentage, and your account sign-in token. Palert is an independent service and is not affiliated with any marketplace or store.

Why might the price differ from what I pay?
Palert shows the public price, the one every shopper sees. Personal coupons, loyalty points and special offers only show up in your own cart, while a regular discount can be factored in with the discount setting. Mini charts and the tooltip on the product page chart show which city the price is for: Moscow by default, or your city wherever we have collected prices for it. Stores with one nationwide price don't show a city.

Why is there not much data yet?
The free plan shows the last month only. New products don't have many records yet. Citilink and Regard were added recently, and their records grow every day.

Where else does it work?
Requires Firefox 142 or later. For Chrome, Yandex Browser and Edge, there's a Chrome Web Store version that also shows similar products on other marketplaces and has a side panel with your tracked items. You can view prices in rubles or another currency, which you choose in your account.
Only have your phone with you? Send a product link to our Telegram bot @PalertRuBot, and it will show you how the price has changed (the bot replies in Russian).

Getting started

1. Click "Add to Firefox".
2. After installation, the extension's settings page opens: click "Войти" (Sign in), then create an account with your email if you don't have one yet, or sign in with Yandex.
3. Open a product you've had your eye on. Its price history will appear next to the price and help you decide whether to buy now or wait.
