- The same tag is now one tag. A tag is identified by its name, not by a hidden id — so when you and a teammate both create a prod tag in Status, syncing merges them instead of leaving you with two identical-looking tags that filter differently. Names have to be unique now: pools across your library, tag labels within their pool. Existing libraries are converted automatically on update, and tags that were only ever duplicates are merged.
- New: Reset / Delete. Data & Sync gained a page to clear this browser back to its delivery state. Everything is preselected, so one click resets all of it — or open a group and keep exactly the prompts, snippets, pools and settings you want. Your license is never touched.
- The snippet editor puts Owner next to Visibility, the way the prompt editor already did.
- Switching tabs no longer loses your place: the section list on the left and the item list both scroll back to what is currently open.
- Change lists (sync preview, import conflicts) line their titles up in a column, and the last emoji left the interface.
- Export asks where to save. Instead of dropping the file into your downloads folder, the export now opens a save dialog, so a backup can go straight to the folder you keep backups in. Cancelling the dialog cancels the export — nothing is written, and on Free the “not backed up” reminder stays up.
- Export, item by item. Prompts, snippets and tag pools each have their own switch, and prompts and snippets can still be narrowed to Public / Shared / Private underneath. Everything is on by default, so a plain click is still a full backup — and the counts above tell you what the current selection would actually write.
- Import from Team Sync Folder only imports. It used to show you a preview full of lines like “removed from the team file” — a description of what a full sync would push — even when there was nothing to bring in. Those lines are gone: an import now shows only what changes in your library, and says so plainly when the team file holds nothing new. The button is simply called Import.
- Fix: things meant to be hidden stayed visible. Parts of the interface that switch themselves off were drawn anyway, because the page's own styling quietly overruled the rule that hides them. Two you could walk into: on Free the Pro-only Snippets tab was visible but bounced you back to Prompts without a word when you clicked it, and the snippet editor offered Reload and Clear for a file that was never attached.
- Fix: quotes render as quotes. A line starting with > came through as literal > text in every preview instead of a quotation block. Worth knowing before you update: this changes how existing prompts read — if you began a line with > meaning a chevron or a shell prompt, it will now be shown as a quote.

- The extension is now called Pace Prepped Prompts (formerly Pretty Prepped Prompts). Same app, same PPP, same data — just a name that fits the AIM-TO-PACE family. Nothing you need to do; your prompts, snippets, licenses and settings all carry over untouched.
