About this extension
Hold to Speed adds simple keyboard controls to HTML5 video on ordinary web pages.

Tap Right Arrow to seek forward 5 seconds. Tap Left Arrow to seek backward 5 seconds. Hold Right Arrow for 220 milliseconds to temporarily play the visible video at 2× speed; release it to restore the previous speed.

The settings page lets you change the temporary speed, seek distance, and hold delay. The extension does not collect, transmit, or share user data.
