GlianaHire Browser Extension: Privacy Policy

What the extension reads: only the web page the user explicitly asks to capture (by pressing "Ambil dari halaman", the right-click item "Simpan ke GlianaHire", or Alt+Shift+G), one page per action. It never reads pages in the background.

What it sends: the candidate details the user reviews and chooses to save (such as name, job title, experience, education, skills, visible contact details and the page URL) are sent over HTTPS to the user's company account at glianahire.com. Nothing is sent to any other party, and nothing is sold.

What it stores locally: the user's sign-in token, language and settings, in the extension's own storage.

Retention and rights: candidates who were never contacted are deleted automatically after 90 days. Anyone can ask for their data to be deleted at https://glianahire.com/hapus-data. Company accounts can delete a candidate permanently at any time.
