Works straight after install. You no longer need a Firmhold account before the extension does anything. Allow tab access and it starts noticing sessions on the default list of monitored sites right away. Everything it detects stays on this browser until you choose to connect an account.

A live view of the current session. The popup now shows a session as it happens: a countdown until it counts as a detection, then the running total, with each monitored site listed with its own time.

A history of earlier sessions. Past detections now build into a list instead of being replaced, so you can see what has happened over several days.

Easier connecting. Signing up from the popup now takes you straight to your connection code.

Clearer pairing errors. A wrong or expired code and a connection problem now show different messages. A pairing that succeeded but could not load your site list no longer reports an invalid code.

Privacy is unchanged. Before an account is connected, the extension sends only anonymous setup events (for example, that tab access was allowed or declined, or that the extension was removed) plus its version number. It never sends page content or browsing history.

Fixed a gap where installing the extension without an existing Firmhold account led to a dead end. The popup now includes a direct link to sign up. No other user-facing changes

Updated the extension's name and short description to include the terms someone would actually search for (porn relapse tracker), and lengthened the AMO summary to make better use of the 250-character limit. No changes to permissions, detection behavior, or data handling.
