- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 19519608, a year agoDownloading shorts seems impossible. If you click the add-on it displays different download options but the file size is too small, so when opening them the video player doesn't do anything.

The download button (on my computer, at least) can present a dozen options for the same video - without any indication of the language spoken. Any help would be appreciated.

Starts showing phantom buttons duplicating horizontally from left to right as you go through the playlist. One must simply refresh the page to remedy this issue, but still something to work on.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 11666926, a year agoAt first, it worked fine. But then a problem appeared where YouTube would freeze completely and only by closing the tab it would be fixed. It took me a while to connect the dots and at first I tried disabling the add-on and try watching a YouTube video again and voila! YouTube no longer freezes, period. I am gonna look for something else. Hope this review helps someone who has the same problem.

That memory/performance bug is fixed in version 24.1 — it should no longer interfere with YouTube playback. The external application does not work neither.

posted 7 months agoHi mar328! MP3 not working even with the PRO version and external app is a serious issue. Version 24.1 addresses the MP3 download functionality. Please update and the MP3 option should work properly without needing any external application.
