Dueling Book Enhancer by Selurnipohc

Dueling Book Enhancer is an unofficial extension created by a longtime Yu-Gi-Oh! player. I am not affiliated with Dueling Book or its developers. I have played on Dueling Book—and Dueling Network before it—for more than 15 years, and built this extension to add features I have wanted during that time.
The extension runs only on DuelingBook.com and adds the following quality-of-life tools:
1. Advanced Replay Controls (Beta)
Move backward through replays using Previous or continuous Rewind controls. You can also jump between games in a match, create custom checkpoints, and move backward and forward while reviewing key moments.
Replay restoration is the most technically complex feature in the extension. It has performed well in testing, but unusual replay interactions may still expose cases it cannot restore perfectly. Tag Duel replays intentionally retain Dueling Book’s native controls.

2. Duel Room and Hosting Defaults
Choose which Duel Rooms appear, arrange them in your preferred order, and configure default settings for hosted and ranked duels. You can also preserve your most recently used hosting selections.
3. Remember Card Pools by Deck
When you save a deck, the extension can remember its selected Card Pool. The next time you load that deck, the appropriate Card Pool—such as Goat, Edison, or an imported format—will be selected automatically.
4. Additional and Custom Card Pools
Enable historical formats from Format Library’s available formats as of September 1, 2026. Goat and Edison are excluded because Dueling Book already provides them.
Included formats are disabled by default, allowing you to choose only the ones you want. You can also import compatible JSON Card Pools, including pools made from custom cards, or download an existing pool as a starting point for your own format.
5. Custom Deck Sorting
A new Custom Sort button appears beneath Dueling Book’s alphabetical sort button. Configure sorting separately for each major card type using properties such as:
- Name
- Level, Rank, or Link Rating
- ATK and DEF
- Attribute and monster type
- Pendulum Scale
- Number of copies in the deck
- Effect length
- Limited status
For example, you can sort Extra Deck monsters by Level or Rank before name, or arrange Spells as single copies, then doubles, then three-ofs.
6. Advanced Card Search
Build more precise searches using logical AND, OR, and NOT rules, alongside Dueling Book’s existing card filters.
7. Deck Folders
Organize decks into folders without renaming, moving, deleting, or otherwise changing the underlying decks stored by Dueling Book. Folder organization is optional and can be disabled without losing your saved mappings.
8. Deck Version History and Deleted-Deck Recovery
Optionally preserve recent versions of each deck and load an earlier version back into the Deck Constructor. Important versions can be pinned so they are never automatically replaced.
The extension can also retain the most recently deleted decks, providing a recovery option after accidental deletion. History is stored locally on your device and can be managed or deleted from the extension settings.
9. Visual Customization
Personalize Dueling Book with custom colors, background images, opacity controls, alternate color themes, and optional grid lines. Each color pack can be reset to its defaults with one click.
10. Opening Cinematic Control
Optionally skip Dueling Book’s opening cinematic automatically.
Most features can be enabled, disabled, or customized independently. Deck Folders, Deck Version History, and additional historical Card Pools are disabled by default, so installing the extension will not immediately reorganize your decks or begin storing deck history.
Dueling Book Enhancer does not replace Dueling Book’s deck storage or native interface. Its organizational data, settings, imported Card Pools, and deck history are stored locally by the browser.
