A new icon: 全→半. It appears in the toolbar, on the extensions page, in the store listings and on the website. Nothing else changes; behavior is the same as 0.1.2.

It now follows each form's own format, not just its character width. Phone numbers are split by the Japanese numbering plan. Landlines use the official area-code table, so 0467123456 becomes 0467-12-3456. Commas only go into money fields, never phone or postal numbers. Case is never changed where the page says case matters (大文字・小文字を区別します), or in email and URL fields. Fix: 「町名・番地」 address fields are no longer treated as numbers.

Also since 0.1.0 (from 0.1.1): Japanese store listings, and payment card and bank account fields are never touched.
