Added support for Website URLs saved on Coffer cards, including multiple addresses and the older single-URL format.
Accounts with saved URLs now appear in inline suggestions and allow popup Fill only on matching websites. Accounts without URLs retain the existing matching behavior.
Added a Refresh vault button to load updated cards, URLs, and codes without signing in again.

Fixes and improvements
Fixed missing account logos in the inline Coffer menu on websites with restrictive image-loading policies.
Brand logos are now rendered as sanitized SVG geometry; custom PNG logos are drawn locally without external image requests from the target page.
Improved frame-aware website matching and added navigation and session checks before filling codes.
Ensured inline codes stay current when logo loading crosses a TOTP rollover.
