Bargn reads the product page you are on only when you press "Find it cheaper". Until then, the extension looks at the page solely to decide whether to offer that button, and sends nothing anywhere.

WHAT WE RECEIVE WHEN YOU PRESS IT
• The product's web address
• The product details the page already publishes — name, price, image, brand, stock

That is all. We do not read your other tabs, your browsing history, your cookies, or anything you type. The extension runs only on the retailer domains listed in its manifest.

WHAT IS STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
Your sign-in session, so you stay signed in between visits. Signing out removes it.

WHAT WE STORE ON OUR SERVERS
Your email address (to create your account), the links you check and the results, and whether you have an active subscription. We never see or store card details — Paddle is the merchant of record.

WHO WE SHARE WITH
OpenAI (identifying the product and writing the verdict); Google Gemini (standby, and one method of fetching a public page); Jina AI, Firecrawl, ScrapingAnt and Bright Data (retrieving public retailer pages); Google Programmable Search, Tavily, Serper, Brave Search and SerpAPI (finding the product at other shops); Supabase (hosting and authentication); Paddle (payments). Each receives only the product page content or search terms — never your email, account or payment details.

WE DO NOT sell your data, use your links for advertising, or run any analytics or tracking in the extension.
