If your lecture defines a term differently from the general literature, Answerly follows your course, because that is what your quiz is graded against. It still will not accept incorrect arithmetic, dates or facts from an uploaded file.

After selecting an area in the Screenshot Tool, click "+ Add another"
to capture the rest of a question that doesn't fit on one screen,
like a passage or table above and the answer choices below.

Version 1.3.4 — bug fixes

• Fixed: using Solve All after the screenshot tool could replace a correct
screenshot answer with a different one. Questions answered by the screenshot
tool are now left alone.

• Fixed: on some quiz layouts the answer options could not be read, so the
chosen answer was never selected on the page. Added a fallback that reads
those layouts correctly.

• Fixed: moving from one quiz to another without reloading the page caused
activity to be recorded under the previous quiz's name.

• Improved internal diagnostics when an answer cannot be matched to an option,
so these cases can be identified and fixed faster.

No new permissions. No changes to what data is collected.

Fixed a bug where Privacy Guard could cause a "Response with null body status" error on some Canvas pages, blocking the dashboard and New Quizzes from loading. Improved answer selection accuracy for numeric and letter-based multiple choice questions. Fixed dropdown-style questions polluting the question text with all option values. Improved screenshot mode reliability with better timeout handling and fallback model support.
