AI Reply Writer is operated by Grow Rankly LLC. The full policy is at https://aireplywriter.com/privacy.

What is sent, and when: only when you click the AI Reply button (or the toolbar icon), the extension sends the conversation, post or page content you chose — and any images, documents or voice notes in it — to our server at aireplywriter.com, which forwards it to the AI provider for the model you picked (Google Gemini, or OpenRouter routing to providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic). We do not keep that content after your reply is returned, never sell it, and never use it to train AI models.

Account: sign-in is handled by Clerk; we receive your email address and an account ID.

Contact memory: short notes about people you reply to (their name or handle and a one-line summary) are stored in your account so replies stay consistent. You can view and delete them at any time.

Location: the extension asks ipwho.is for the timezone, city and country of your IP address so dates and times are correct. The result is cached on your device.

Diagnostics (optional, off by default in Firefox): if you allow "Technical and interaction data", the extension reports when a button fails to appear — the site name and the error, never what you wrote.

Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see card numbers.
