What is collected

When you change or reload a browser tab, AgentEQ Companion reads that tab's address and title. It uses them locally to identify which SaaS application the tab belongs to, using a list bundled inside the extension.

What is transmitted

Only the resolved application identifier, whether the observation came from the browser, the number of active minutes, and a session count. Web addresses, page titles, page content, form data, search terms and credentials are never transmitted.

Where it goes

Observations are passed over Firefox native messaging to the AgentEQ agent installed on the same computer, under the host name uk.co.inclusiveitsolutions.agenteq. The extension makes no network requests of its own and sends nothing to Inclusive IT Solutions directly.

Onward use

The AgentEQ agent forwards usage totals to your organisation's AgentEQ tenant, where they are used to report SaaS licence utilisation. Handling at that point is governed by the agreement between Inclusive IT Solutions Ltd and your organisation.

Retention and control

The extension stores no browsing history. Removing the extension stops all collection immediately.
