Adam's Campus Toolbox Connector by MaybeItsSoftware

A.C.T. Connector links your browser to Adam's Campus Toolbox, so the President or Treasurer of a UCL club or society can do their Students' Union admin in a click.

WHAT IT DOES
• Sync members in one click. Connect once on the Toolbox's Connector page, then press Sync now: the add-on reads your society's member list on the Students' Union UCL website, signed in as you, and sends it to the Toolbox.
• Auto sync, set per society. Off (the default). Local: this browser syncs the list itself when it starts and once a day, without sending your SU login. Remote: after you confirm, your SU login is kept current on the Toolbox so members sync overnight with your browser closed.
• Payment requests, filled from receipts. From a receipt in the Toolbox, the add-on opens the SU payment request form in its own window and fills it in. Anything it can't fill is outlined. It never presses Submit: you check the form and submit it yourself.
• Your member list, to keep. Every sync keeps a copy in this browser to view and export as CSV or JSON, or copy straight into Google Sheets.

WHAT IT SENDS, AND WHEN
• Sync now sends your Students' Union login session cookie (which web pages can't read) and your society's member list — full name, member type, membership type and dates — to the Toolbox. The over-18 column is never read or sent. The Toolbox stores the login encrypted and uses it only for that society.
• Local auto sync sends only the member list, from this browser, on startup, once a day and when your SU login changes (at most hourly).
• Remote auto sync sends the SU login on startup, when it changes and once a day, using a separate 90-day credential limited to that society. It can't renew an expired SU login, and stops if you switch SU account or turn it off from the add-on or the Toolbox.
• Filling a form: the payee's details, including bank sort code and account number, come from the Toolbox and are typed into that one form. The add-on doesn't store them, and reports back only which fields it couldn't fill.
• SU account id: when connected, the add-on tells the Toolbox the numeric id of the Students' Union account this browser is signed in to, so you can recognise your own install. No cookie or page content.
• Admin fetch (Toolbox administrators only, off for everyone else): one administrator's install can check the Toolbox every 30 minutes for a task naming a fixed SU page built into the add-on, and sends back only the Google Sheets link found there.

PRIVACY
• Talks only to studentsunionucl.org and www.adamscampustoolbox.org.uk.
• No analytics, no advertising, no remote code.
• Disconnect any time; that also deletes the copy kept in this browser.
